Emerald ARTYA Awards Celebrating Artists Who Create With A Purpose
New York, NY – Art Tour International has just announced that it will be presenting its annual Emerald Arty Award Ceremony to honor artists who create with a purpose. The awards will be presented at a virtual celebration on November 12th from 4:00–6 pm EST in New York City.
The Emerald ARTYA Awards Ceremony recognizes artists who create with a purpose: environmentalism, humanitarianism, education, or simply bringing joy to their audience through color and imagery. The Virtual Awards Ceremony will broadcast worldwide through twenty-four channels on November 12th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Here are the details you need to know to attend the ceremony as our guest of honor!
In the words of the founder, Viviana Puello, “we aim to discover and celebrate artists who create with a purpose; to find those who are working to make a difference, not just for themselves, but for others as well. Over 50 award-winning artists from over 30 countries will join together to present their art and ideas for achieving positive change and share them with the world. I think this is the coolest thing happening in the universe that day!
We will honor fifty of Earth’s most talented artists who create to impact positive change in the world. These winners are focused on personal growth and continuous self-expression, while also creating solutions to some of today’s most pressing issues”.
The EAA is a unique awards program created to celebrate those art activists. These individuals serve as conscious creators for healing and transformational change. The awards look to recognize artists who use their art as an instrument for social, environmental, and economic transformation. In a word, Artivism!
The EAA started in November 2017 and was created by ArtTour International’s Editor-in-Chief, Viviana Puello, as an initiative of her organizations ArtistsForAGreenPlanet.org and Create4Peace.org. Puello presents a unique opportunity for all artists to unite under one banner and be part of something bigger than themselves.
Viviana Puello has been an art activist and community organizer for over 25 years. She and her husband, Alan Grimandi, are the co-founders of ArtTour International Magazine and Curators of the Grimandi Gallery in New York.
